The Government of South Australia is seeking developers for a world-class Entrepreneur and Innovation Centre (EIC) to foster the next generation of businesses and jobs.
The EIC will become the iconic flagship of the Lot Fourteen innovation precinct and set the global pace for multi-disciplinary innovation, collaboration and entrepreneurship by bringing together universities, global companies and startups.
Lot Fourteen in Adelaide’s CBD is backed by the state and federal governments and is a key focus of the $551 million Adelaide City Deal to strengthen the state’s leading abilities in space, defence, new technologies and entrepreneurship.
This includes a commitment of up to $20 million from the Australian Government towards a collaborative Innovation Hub within the EIC. The Hub will accelerate ideas and research commercialisation and be leased by the state government.
The EIC represents an unrivaled opportunity for developers and investors to be involved in a catalyst project on a global scale.
